Home staging involves more than most people realize. At ADDless Organizing Interiors, we provide real estate agents and homeowners alike with professional home staging services in Toronto. Simply put, home staging sells, and it is a fact that a well-staged home will sell much faster and at a higher price than a non-staged home.
How Does It Work?
Before any home staging begins, we will first meet in your home to ensure we are the right fit for each other. We will discuss how long you’ve lived in your home and why you are selling. Once the expectations and commitments are established, the actual journey begins! In a short time frame, we will formulate a plan, explain the requirements, and discuss the approach we’ll take to create a neutral environment that will appeal to a wide range of purchasers.
Home selling (and purchasing) is an emotional process for just about everyone from single homeowners to families to seniors. While I treat all clients equally, I do have a soft spot for the elderly. You can trust that no matter what stage or age you are in life, or what your budget may be, my goal is to always put you at ease and ensure you are comfortable as you start the next chapter in your life!
Each Home Staging Service and Package includes a one hour in-home assessment and written report.
Package 1 - $150
Report provided within 24 hours. Home owners facilitate recommended changes.
Package 2 - $500/5hrs
Report provided within 24 hours. Includes furniture and accessories arrangement and removal.
Package 3 - $700/5hrs
One hour in-house tour with written report provided within 24 hours. Minimum of 5 hours of furniture and items removal, and rental of accessories.
Package 4 - Starts at $1500
One hour in-house tour with written report provided within 24 hours. At least 5 hours of furniture and items removal, rental of accessories, and small repairs job.
